  3. Congratulations on your dress pattern! I think it's great that more people are making patterns for different body shapes. I'm certainly the opposite of petite with small cups (as you say your dress is designed for), but I'm sure a lot of people are and will be happy to get a pattern that will fit them better. I think diversity is great! Good luck with your projects!

  4. Congratulations on your first release!
I'm sorry I didn't make it to the testing process, but as much as I like this pattern, I'm afraid it's not really suited for my body shape. Can't wait to see what's next! :)

  5. Congratulations, Suzy! :-)
I am Immi and I also started to upload my patterns, only handmade, and I don't pretend to start a real business... sooo much work in any case!!!
Wish I had the time to try your pattern because I guess it will fit me. The Antoinette is a real beauty! :*

  12. Well done, Suzy! It must have taken so much work (and talent, of course!) to get to this stage. And tenacity (I could do with some of that).

I think the shape of this dress is just fabulous.

  13. Suzy, may I just ask:

I really like the blue check version of this dress you made. I see that the collar stands a little further away from the neck than it does in the lace versions. Is this simply because the lace has a scalloped edge, which makes it a little longer/higher? And of course, the texture of the gingham and the lace would be different, I realise.

I'm just checking that you didn't make any mods to the neck on the gingham dress (I really like it..well, I do like them all!)

    many thanks
    Alice

    1. Alice, so sorry for the late reply. For the blue version I did lower the neckline all round. It's quite simple to do but I added some instructions for it on the pattern instructions. If it's not clear or you need any help let me know.

And thank you for your lovely comments :)

    2. Thanks for clarifying that, Suzy.

I must get my Other Half to print the pattern off for me. I don't have a printer.

I can't wait to see people's versions out there!
